General conditions for registration and participation in the 15th Simpovidro
The registration guarantees to participants:
• Participation in the entire event program.
• 3 nights of accommodation in the type of accommodation contracted.
• Basic national card for health care and luggage assistance (see regulation on the website).
• First-aid post service and 24-hour mobile ICU.
• All-inclusive system for food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in the restaurants, bars and service points determined by Resort Club Med Rio das Pedras, with dinners set by the Organization of the 15th Simpovidro.
• Minibar in the apartment, as per Club Med Rio das Pedras policy.
• Monitoring of specialized monitors for children from 4 years old.
• Sports, recreational activities and nighttime attractions according to the hotel's schedule.
It is currently necessary to present Covid vaccination certificate at check-in (it is a requirement of the Municipality of Mangaratiba, but no guest will be prevented from checking in due to this requirement), with the following alternatives being possible:
Present the physical certificate, photo of the vaccination card, Conecte SUS app and, in a last resort, if you don't have any of it, you can fill out a form at the reception, taking responsibility for what you took;
In case you have not taken the vaccine, it will be necessary to fill out a form stating that you have not received the vaccine and, after this procedure, the check-in will be completed.
Policy subject to change.
Optional service to be contracted separately:
• Airport/hotel/airport transfer must be contracted as an additional service along with the registration.
The total amount is R$ 300.00 PER PERSON (round trip).
Parking lot:(optional)
• Hotel parking is charged directly at the hotel reception desk by the outsourced company.
• The parking fee is R$ 35.00 every 24 hours.
Accommodation capacity
Attention:
Configuration: the apartments can be configured with a double bed or two single beds.
Capacity per accommodation: maximum of 5 people per apartment, limited to 3 (three) adults.
Children who completed 12 years old on November 17th, 2022 or before this date pay as an adult.
The apartments at LA RÉSERVE are configured exclusively with double beds with a maximum capacity of two adults per room.
SINGLE: 1 adult accomodated in a double bed.
DOUBLE – COUPLE OR DOUBLE – SINGLE: 2 adults accommodated in a double bed or two single beds.
DOUBLE + 1 CHILD: 2 adults accommodated in a double bed or two single beds, 1 child from 3 to 11 years old accommodated in an extra bed or 1 child from 0 to 2 years old accommodated in a crib.
DOUBLE + 2 CHILDREN: 2 adults accommodated in a double bed or two single beds + 2 children from 3 to 11 years old accommodated in two single beds or 1 child from 3 to 11 years old accommodated in a single bed + 1 child from 0 to 2 years old accommodated in a crib or 2 children from 0 to 2 years old accommodated in cribs.
DOUBLE + 3 CHILDREN: 2 adults sleeping in a double bed or two single beds + 3 children from 3 to 11 years old sleeping in two single beds + an extra bed or 2 children from 3 to 11 years old sleeping in two single beds + 1 child from 0 to 2 years old accommodated in a crib or 1 child from 3 to 11 years old accommodated in a single bed + 2 children from 0 to 2 years old accommodated in cribs.
TRIPLE: 3 adults accommodated in two single beds + an extra bed.
TRIPLE + 1 CHILD: 3 adults accommodated in two single beds + an extra bed and 1 child from 3 to 11 years old accommodated in a single bed or 1 child from 0 to 2 years old accommodated in a crib.
TRIPLE + 2 CHILDREN: 3 adults accommodated in two single beds + 1 extra bed and 2 children from 3 to 11 years old accommodated in two single beds or 1 child from 3 to 11 years old accommodated in a single bed + 1 child from 0 to 2 years old accommodated in a crib or 2 children from 0 to 2 years old accommodated in cribs.
SHARING DOUBLE: 2 adults accommodated in two single beds. Intended for those who register for a double apartment to be shared with another person of the same gender, indicated by the event organization. In case there is no other person registered in this same condition, the participant undertakes to pay the difference in value for individual accommodation.
Observations:
• The registration fee for the companion is the same as the one for the main holder.
• For the registration of children from 0 to 3 years old, only a service fee is charged.
• Accommodation options will be offered subject to availability.
• The effectuation of the registration is done after the payment of the last installment of the slips.
• Extra daily room rates must be hired exclusively at the Simpovidro Service Center: (+55 11) 3873-9908 and simpovidro@abravidro.org.br.
• Participants who hire the transfer service must provide the event organization with their flight details until October 18th, 2022 so that transfers can be arranged. Please send an email to logistica@simpovidro.com.br.
Payment:
• The organization will contact you to arrange payment details, on the e-mail and telephone numbers informed.
• For payments by bank remittance, 2 charges will be added: 0,38% I.O.F (Brazilian tax) + USD180,00 (Bank tax).
Cancellation of registration:
• Until August 31st, 2022: fine of 50% of the amount paid.
• From September 1st, 2022 onwards: fine of 100% of the amount paid.
About the acceptance
With the acceptance, the participant declares to be fully aware of (and agree with) the conditions proposed on this term.
In accordance with the general data protection law, pursuant to article 5, item XII of Law 13.709/2018, this document enables free, informed and unequivocal expression, by which the data subject/holder responsible agrees with the processing of his/her personal data and the minor's data in your care for the following purposes:
• Registration for participation in the event (15th Simpovidro)
• Receipt of informative content produced by Abravidro by any means (email, cell phone, etc.)
• Availability of your data (name, company, business telephone, email address) for mailing to third parties.
At the time of registration, by clicking on the acceptance mark, the participant automatically authorizes the event organizer, irrevocably and irreversibly, free of charge and in perpetuity, to use their image and/or voice captured during the event, in Brazil or abroad, whatever the form of capture (photography, video, etc.), and to disseminate them by any means (social networks, magazine, website, etc.) and/or form (print, television, digital, Internet, etc.), either through public and/or private exhibition (without limitation of the number of exhibitions), being also able, in the case of audio and/or video, to edit them in excerpts and/or in parts.

Participants are aware that they may, at any time, expressly revoke (in writing) this authorization in the channels described above.
